Helping good people do good work, better.
I've spent more than 25 years doing the work most organizations find hardest: building the structures, cultures, and relationships that let people actually deliver on what they set out to do.
I see connections others often miss. Between people. Between ideas. Between opportunities that could change a community. That instinct has shaped everything I've built, from consulting practices to community platforms to hiring marketplaces.
I've led as an Executive Pastor, a Chief Operating Officer, an Executive Director, and a strategy consultant. I've worked inside organizations and alongside them as an outside advisor. That range isn't scattered. It's given me a perspective most leaders don't have: I understand both the view from the boardroom and the reality on the ground.
My work sits at the intersection of people, structure, and purpose. I help leaders get clear, teams get aligned, and organizations get healthy enough to do what they exist to do. I call it organizational development, but at its core it's about helping good people do good work, better.
And I write and teach on Relational Capacity: the discipline of building the trusted relationships that open the right doors.
If any of that resonates, I'd love to connect.
